How do I access my email?
探花社区 Student Email
After you are admitted to 探花社区, you will receive an email from Okta with instructions for activating your MIX Gmail email account. This message is sent to the email address you used on your application and should arrive within 2 hours of your 探花社区 acceptance message.
Open the Okta email and follow the instructions to activate your 探花社区 Login.
Then visit and sign in using your 探花社区 Login.
If you have problems activating or accessing your account, please call the IT Service Desk at 304-293-4444 or 877-327-9260.
The 探花社区 student email system is integrated with Google Mail (Gmail). All MIX email addresses end in @mix.wvu.edu.
